Getting Started with the Crystal Server

The Crystal Server (Fig. 1) is the SSRL SMB Crystallography web application for managing sample information, scaling multicrystal datasets, and viewing automated processing results.

These tabs are available to users:

  • Spreedsheets: create and list spreadsheets, view sceening and processing results.
  • Multicrystal: create multicrystal projects, use the scaling tool to merge processed datasets.
  • Processing Results: view single and multicrystal processing results.
  • File Viewer: view output text files, images, graphics. plots and header information.
  • Research: Backup data to the Lambda Project.
