Call for Abstracts

THE ABSTRACT SUBMISSION DEADLINE WAS EXTENDED TO SEPTEMBER 10, 2021.

Participants wishing to present a poster are invited to submit abstracts by September 1, 2021. Abstracts should not exceed 1,000 words and must be emailed as a Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF document to pdc2021@smb-mail.slac.stanford.edu

Please use the abstract format below. A template can be found at this link - Abstract Template.

Submitter’s name, email address

Title: Write your title in sentence case (first letter is capitalized; remaining letters are lower case). Do not bold or italicize your full title.

Presentation Preference: Authors may select from two presentation formats when submitting an abstract: "oral presentation preferred" or "poster presentation preferred".

Author: List all authors who contributed to the work discussed in the abstract. The presenting author must be listed as the first author on the list and will receive all correspondence regarding the abstract.

Please email your poster in PDF format before September 15, 2021 to pdc2021@smb-mail.slac.stanford.edu

Poster Session

For the poster session, we will be using kumospace which is an interactive platform that combines video-calling with a 2D map letting the participant walk around and talk to the other people nearby. Instructions on how to sign in and use kumospace will be sent to the participants by Friday September 17, 2021.
