The goal of this website and email newsgroup is to promote compatibility between systems and to inform experimenters about current technologies. 

Chart of available robotic sample handling systems at synchrotrons -  as a service to the synchrotron user community, we have assembled a chart of the available robotic sample mounting systems at macromolecular crystallography stations and the compatible storage containers and sample pins.  Our thanks goes out to all who have contributed to this effort.  We encourage system developers to keep us up to date with information and links.  Please email content comments to acohen@slac.stanford.edu and srussi@slac.stanford.edu.

The robo-sync email newsgroup is a forum for developers and experimenters from various labs to share information, ideas, and experiences related to automated sample handling and high throughput crystallography.

The universal puck project is a collaboration to develop a standard sample pin storage and shipping container for use with the majority of automated sample mounting systems.
