Dumping the database.dat file

To convert the contents of the database.dat file to text:

  1. Stop DCSS.

  2. cd ~/release-3_2/dcss/linux
  3. ./dcss -d fileName
  4. The file filename should now contain the contents of the database.dat in text format.
