stoh_correct_motor_position
Requests that the position of the specified motor
be adjusted by the specified correction. This is
used to support the circle parameter for motors
(i.e., modulo 360 behavior for a phi axis).
The format of the message is
stoh_correct_motor_position motorName correction
where
- motorName is the name of the motor.
- correction is the correction to be
applied to the motor position
