This should be sent by all hardware servers in response to
stoc_send_client_type message from DCSS.
The format of the message is
htos_client_is_hardware dhsName
where
Where dhsName is the name of a hardware server
listed within the database.dat file as described in
DHS entry definition .
Note: This message is not forwarded to the GUI clients.
