DCSS
|

The Distributed Control System Server
(DCSS) is

a key
component of the system. It
functions
|
|
|
primarily as a
message router, enabling
|
|
|
communication
between multiple GUI clients and
|
|
|
the various
hardware components.

|
|
DHS
|
|
|
The Distributed Hardware Servers (DHS)
act as
|
|
translators,
converting the DCS message
|
|
|
protocol to
the language of a third party
|
|
|
hardware
controller.
