Send email directly to your assigned support staff scientist for inquiries about our facilities, experimental capabilities or related topics. Additionally, please review our facility documentation.

Once you are scheduled, you will be sent an e-mail with the official start and end time for your beamtime. Support staff will let you know if there are any changes to the start and end time or if the beamline becomes available ahead of schedule.

Use the cell phone table to look up the cell phone number associated with your beam line. Before you call, please read the policy for contacting user support.

If your support person has become unavailable after hours to help with a beamline problem, it is possible to send a text to the "After Hours Support Pool" phone number: 1 209 730 6640. Please indicate the beamline and a brief description of the problem. (If you resolve the problem before a response, text back that you no longer need help.) Texts sent to this number outside of normal working hours are voluntarily monitored by a larger pool of staff, thereby increasing the odds of receiving help before the next day.
